We LOVE Dip. We love it so much that during the summer months at the lake house my sister and I aren’t asked to bring “lunch items” we are asked to brings dips, for lunch. We then plan our weekend about what dip we will be eating and when. Here are some of our favorites:
Chicken Dip-The #1 go-to that everybody loves
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked Chicken Breast-Diced
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1 cup of Heilmans Mayo
- 4oz chopped Green Chilies
- 1 Tbs of diced jalapenos
- 2 cups of shredded Colby Jack cheese
Directions:
- Preheat Oven to 375 degrees
- Combine all ingredients in oven safe dish
- Bake for 20-25 minutes
Taco Dip
Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 can Hormel Chili no Beans
- 4 oz can chopped green chilies
- 1/2 cup of diced green pepper
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cups of mozzarella cheese
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Layer ingredients in an oven safe dish starting with the cream cheese on bottom
- Bake for 20-25 minutes
Sausage Dip -Only 3 ingredients!
Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese
- Mild or Hot Sausage (your preference)
- 10 oz can of Ro-Tel
Directions:
- Ground sausage in a non-stick skillet over medium heat
- Once browned, add cream cheese and Ro-Tel
- Combine and reduce hit to Medium-Low
- Stir frequently until cream cheese is melted
- Pour in bowl and serve immediately
