To be honest I hadn’t tried teeth whitening since before our wedding. I only used it a few times because it made my teeth so sensitive. I’m talking I could not drink anything hot or cold! You make a mold, send it in and they send you back a tray that fits your mouth PERFECTLY! No more messing with the stripes and them falling off half way through. It’s also super easy. Insert the gel into your tray and pop them in your mouth. Go about what you are doing and no one even knows they are in! Plus the desensitizing gel you use after makes it so there is NO sensitivity!! So convenient, no sensitivity and it truly works!!

I will be honest and tell you the worst part of this whole process is making the impressions..and it’s not that it hurts or takes a long time, it’s just awkward…but so worth the final product.
Again, they give you very easy to follow step by step instructions on how to apply both the whitening gel and desensitizing gel. The first few minutes of applying both can be a touch uncomfortable, as your teeth adjust, but the sensation quickly goes away. It also takes a bit of time to complete this routine, but the trays are so comfortable I was able to pop them in and go about doing things around the house, picking my daughter up from dance, etc.
