Every 2 weeks I create what I call a “Meal Plan”. I go through all my recipe sources, cookbooks, personal lists, Pinterest and my app Copy Me That and pick 8-10 meals for next 2 weeks. Yes, I realize that there are more than 8-10 nights in 2 weeks however we eat leftovers some nights, maybe my husband and I will have date night another and then there is also a night for Pizza…

Yes, I realize that there are more than 8-10 nights in 2 weeks however we eat leftovers some nights, maybe my husband and I will have date night another and then there is also a night for Pizza so 8-10 usually gets us through 2 weeks. Also we don’t schedule dinners for certain nights ahead of time because with 3 kids under 3 our lives are pretty crazy and you never know what’s going to happen day to day. This meal plan is a tad different since my husband and I have started the Keto Diet. Low carbs, high fat and lots of protein. So no pasta for this meal plan….or mashed potatoes…or rice….I’m still having withdrawls but we will see how it goes. (more…)

I often wish I was one of those girls that felt amazing or embraced the whole "No Makeup Craze" but I am not. I have never been. I can honestly count on one finger how many times I've left the house with no makeup on. It was last month when I went to the dermatologist and it probably won't happen again until my next appointment. Makeup just makes me feel complete and put together…
