Our Dinners for the Next Two Weeks (November 27th)

Every 2 weeks I create what I call a “Meal Plan”. I go through all my recipe sources, cookbooks, personal lists, Pinterest and my app Copy Me That and pick 8-10 meals for next 2 weeks. Yes, I realize that there are more than 8-10 nights in 2 weeks however we eat leftovers some nights, maybe my husband and I will have date night another and then there is also a night for Pizza so 8-10 usually gets us through 2 weeks. Also we don’t schedule dinners for certain nights ahead of time because with 3 kids under 4 our lives are pretty crazy and you never know what’s going to happen day to day. If you haven’t seen my meal plans before you should know my husband and I mostly follow Keto. If the recipes below call for rice we use cauliflower, if it calls for flour we use almond, if it calls for pasta my husband and I just eat the meat and our kids eat the pasta.

Here are the dinners I picked this time. If you click on the dinner below it will take you to the recipe.

BBQ Bacon Wrapped Meatball Bombs

Chicken Breasts with Jalapeno Cheese Sauce

Beef Stroganoff

Green Chili Chicken Bake (This is our FAVORITE)

Instant Pot Garlic Chicken

Perfect Salmon

Instant Pot -Pot Roast

Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Stuffed Pepper Soup

FULL SHOPPING LIST: HERE

Yesterday as we were headed home from the airport we were wondering what we had in the house for lunch and dinner and realized we had nothing. At this point we had been traveling for over a week and both of us were tired of eating out. I got on my phone and decided to try Walmart grocery pick-up. I had used Shipt for over a year and liked it but didn’t LOVE it. I will say that I am NOT a Walmart shopper and avoid it at all costs BUT the whole FREE grocery pick up intrigued me. So I gave it a shot and I can honestly say it was LOVELY. I placed my order, picked my time and picked it up. They were super friendly, loaded my groceries, told me about substitutes (if they don’t have something they will substitute with something and you will NOT be charged the difference.) This worked in my favor for a few items! So if you are someone who hates grocery shopping or is on the go I would give this a try! My total was $106 for everything!

Let me know if you have any questions! I would be happy to help!
