Every 2 weeks I create what I call a “Meal Plan”. I go through all my recipe sources, cookbooks, personal lists, Pinterest and my app Copy Me That and pick 8-10 meals for next 2 weeks.
Since we have been quarantined our food consumption has changed. I know have kids home from school and my husband is down to working one day a week. We also aren’t venturing out to eat anymore. Because of those things we are FLYING through meals. 8-10 meals?! That only lasts us just over 1 week NOT 2. So this time I picked 18 MEALS and did a gigantic Costco run which I spend an insane amount of money on. Hopefully this lasts us at least 2 weeks but I’m not counting on it.
