Sisters that Shop is 1 year old! How have we been on this crazy ride for a year already? This may have been the fastest year of my life yet!! A year filled with fun, laughter, early mornings, learning, tears, confidence, self-doubt, challenges, growing, and so much more! I wouldn’t change a thing! 13 months ago I couldn’t imagine putting another “thing” on my plate, I had no idea how I could make it all work…13 months later, I would be sad to do life without it!
So many happy memories from this last year…meeting this girl and her continued support and “shout outs” rank pretty high on the list! We are so excited to get the opportunity to get to talk to her again in just a few days! 
Our “photo shoot days” that always seem to include at least one session of happy tears….
Our milestone “Likes” moments, 500 likes, 1000 likes, 2500 likes…and now we are so close to 3000! When we started last December our goal for the year was 900. We did it!
My favorite…getting to do life everyday with this girl! 10 years ago…if you would have told me I would be working with my sister…I would have bet the farm against you. We’ve come a long way and I couldn’t be happier about it! I am so thankful for everything she does every day to keep this ship running! I’m sure you’ve caught on she is slightly more social media and technology savvy than I. LOL She shows amazing patience in explaining things to me 20 times, forgiving the fact that I’ve been promising her I will do more on Instagram for months now, or write that blog post on our kitchen update! I am in constant awe of how she does it all, while I’m over here fluttering around claiming there are not enough hours in a day.
The support and encouragement from friends and family has been truly amazing! Those first few months were especially crazy…there were many less than stellar meals, sinks full of dirty dishes, tears, un-returned text messages, etc. So I am so thankful…for a husband who always asks “how’s the shopping today” and makes sure my coffee cup is always full on the weekend, a son who is always interested in the numbers…”how many likes do you have now, mom”, and daughters who are always willing to give their honest opinion. I am thankful for our families…parents, sister-in-laws, aunts, nieces, who continue to ask how it’s going, “like” posts, and listen to us talk about all the things non-stop! I have been blessed in life with the most amazing group of friends! There support, encouragement, listening ears, and excitement for this adventure in my life just proves that over and over again. They are simply the best!
And then there are all of you! We are so grateful for all of you and thank you for following along with us! We have so much fun searching out the deals and fun fashion finds, I still stop myself multiple times a day and think “do I really get to do this for a job” so amazing! So thank you for coming along on this adventure with us and checking in everyday to see what we’ve found!
